What I can do for you
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
Do you know your alt tags from your H3's? I do.
Let me help you tidy up your SEO so that you can compete on a equal playing field as other companies. Get found by the right people, for the right keywords.
Web Design
I love to build websites.
I am different to other designers as I'm marketing headed, not design, so I build websites that are easy to use, you can update easily (without me) and that don't cost the earth.
Customer Profiles
Who is your customer and where do they hang out, digitally?
Nobody's perfect client is everyone, so why waste time and money targeting people who aren't interested.
Learn your clients and tailor your offering to them.
Social Media
Get a handle on your social media platforms.
I can either post on a regular basis for you or work with you to create a coordinated campaign across all your medias.
Email marketing
Build an email mailing list of genuine customers, so that when you talk to them, they listen.
Its no good having 1000 people on your list, if only 12 open your emails. Target them all better and you'll convert more.
Analytics
I use analytics to determine which pages need to be worked on.
I look at which advertising routes are the best at converting and use this information to help you target your time/effort.
Digital Consulting
I look at your business as a whole.
Who is your customer and what problem of theirs do you solve?
I take a look under the hood of all your marketing activity and see where you can be more effective.
Strategy
If you don't know where you're heading, how do you know when you've got there?
What does success look like for you?
How do you know you're doing it right, that you're getting the best ROI?
Get those goals written down!
Content Marketing
I work with a couple of copywriters to provide a content marketing plan that defines and uses your brand's stone of voice across all platforms.
Learn how all the elements work together in a content strategy.
What I am known for...
Down-To-Earth Website Builds
I am best known for building good websites that are user friendly, for both the prospective customer using the website, but also for the business to update.
I don’t charge stupid prices, and once its done, its all yours. I show you how to update and edit it, all thrown in the price.
I don’t charge anything else unless you want us to!
Using language You Understand
I am an expert in digital marketing, yes, but that doesn’t mean that I go around talking about acquistion modelling and last click attribution. That probably means nothing (or very little) to you. Nobody likes to feel like they don’t understand something.
I tell you everything in plain English, not using jargon, so that you understand what we’re saying and you can ask sensible questions. This means we get through challenges quicker, costing less in time and resource.
Ask Me Anything
All websites are different, depending on what you need and what you already have.
Ballpark figure, a non-eCommerce website, that is 4 or 5 pages, will cost in the region on £750. This includes all the SEO being done, as many email accounts as needed and secure hosting through a local company. This also allows for a training session where I take you through the process of editing and updating.
That depends.
Where is your client?
Its good to have a presence on social media as this can help your branding, but focus your efforts where your clients are.
Absolutely!
Releasing good quality content, regularly, and with focussed SEO, will increase the ‘rank’ of your expertise. You want search engines to see you as the expert in your field, to show that you know what you’re talking about. Answering questions that your clients might be asking is a good way of doing exactly this!
If you sell shoes, we’re not going to claim that we can get you to page 1 for “shoes”. That means going up against Nike, Next, Very etc. But for “which running shoes are the best for wide feet” – Maybe.
Knowing the questions that YOUR customers might ask will allow us to focus on those.
There is loads of competition for keywords so I use keyword research to target just a few that really explain your business.
No.
Marketing is a multi-pronged approach. We need everything, as long as its done well, with the customer in mind, not just generic leaflets shoved through a door.
Work out who your customer is and write a customer profile for them. It is the heart and soul of your business, to know your clients.
If you want an example one, just drop us and email and we can send you one FOC.
No.
Some people are just good at stuff. If you’re good at SEO, there’s no point in me doing it, just because I’m qualified in digital marketing.
I will never charge you for something you don’t need.
You tell me.
Since we began in 2017, we’ve only had two long-term clients leave. and project clients keep coming back for more…!
